I’ve made significant progress with Dr. Boland. He is concerned and encouraging. He is also an active listener and provides candid and purposeful feedback. He told me in the first session that I could develop the skills I needed to overcome my depression and anxiety, and likely without long-term therapy or medication. I have to admit I was skeptical. However, Dr. Boland has an approach that is very different from what I had experienced with other psychologists I had visited before I met Dr. Boland. As I learned and practiced the skills he taught, the depression and anxiety lifted. Dr. Boland is dedicated to his patients and he has a genuine interest in helping people reach emotional stability and happiness. I would highly recommend Dr. Boland.
