PAVING: Our asphalt paving service is of the highest quality. We adhere to pre-site preparation including: cleaning,surface repair and car stop removal. SEALCOATING: Sealcoating is the key to asphalt preservation and longevity. Our professional staff will assist you in selecting the sealer product perfect for your needs. We mix all sealcoating products in accordance with the manufactures specification. The sealer is never compromised by dilution with excessive water. Proper mixing,coupled with our standard two-coat application ensures longevity. Surface is wire broom cleaned and oil spots are treated with oil primer,pot holes are repaired,stop bars are repined when needed,and curbs are repaired prior to sealing. Experts in the industry recommend that commercial and industrial asphalt facilities be resealcoated every 2 to 5 years depending on wear and climate conditions to ensure a longer serviceability. STRIPING: Proper striping design is the most effective method of traffic control. We only apply DOT approved traffic paint. This is always done in a professional manner. We measure and estimate the amount of material needed to properly fix the damaged asphalt. We can also make minor changes to the asphalt if necessary.
