This business is so unprofessional. They no-showed and cancelled on me more times than I can count. THEN, they scheduled an appointment for me -- one that I was assured they would show up for....and nothing. I had purchased two vouchers through the Houston Press Daily Deals and so I guess they just figured that since they already got their money, they didn?t have to honor their commitment. This company lacks integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I am pursing legal action to recover my money. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaning company! more

I purchased a voucher in September, 2011 thru UrbanDealight. The 1st of October, I scheduled an appt for the Wed before Thanksgiving. The week before, I began calling to confirm my appt. I left multiple messages over a 3-day period. Never received a return call. The Monday before Thanksgiving, I called again only to hear that the number was disconnected. I went to their website and read her blog about her experience with Daily Deal programs. I feel this person is DEEPLY DISTURBED and would not want her in my home at any cost. I also feel that she uses these programs as a means to SCAM the programs and the customers who purchase them with absolutely NO INTENT to honor them.Free money for her. I encourage anyone who has been scammed to contact the BBB as she currently reflects an ""A"". rating. more

If I could give this company a -5 stars, I still would not be satisfied with the rating. I purchased a ""deal"" through Dealfind and had to make an appointment two months in advance. I left a message to confirm the appointment and to find out what the cleaning entails and nobody returned my call. On the day of the appointment they were a no call/no show. I tried to call them and the number was disconnected. Dealfind gave me an alternate number which went to a mailbox that was full. The ""$105.00"" value was a rip off. I am only happy that Dealfind refunds their customers for vouchers that are not honored. more

I purchased this deal through BuyWithMe a few months ago, and have had nothing but a headache ever since. Two no-shows, about five different excuses, and no service has been provided. At this point, BuyWithMe has been bought out, so you have to dispute this with your credit card company because the company that bought out BWM will not give you a cash refund, only credits to spend on their site. If I'm out this $665 I paid for the service I've never received, I will be taking the company to small claims court. This is ridiculous! I would never recommend this company to a friend. It seems like the owner may have meant well, but she got in way over her head. more
