From the moment I walked in the door, the people were very friendly and helpful. Told you what they were gonna do. I feel bad not knowing all the names of the people that helped me, but Dr. Goh was ideal. Kept me at ease and explained everything. Asked me 4x if I was in pain at all because of what he saw in my X-rays. And Mr. Forrester...took his time, we talked golf to ease anxiety again, LISTENED to my ques before answering. The entire place is incredible. I recommended it to my mother but sadly she said her ins. isn't accepted. But I highly recommend the Port Richey office and I WILL return for my follow up procedures. Thank you Port Richey Aspen Dental! more

This was my second visit with Aspen Dental and my first visit at the Port Richey Office. My Dental Assistant was very good and my Dentist was fantastic! He was very informative and explained what the procedures he was about perform on me. The shots of novacaine sucked and I still hate him for that. Just kidding. He pulled two teeth and suggested to make a plan of some sort to make up for the loss of so many teeth missing or broken off. I will make an appointment first part of the new year and him and will have to figure something out that will work for me. The entire staff were very professional and respectful. I''ll be back ! Knowing the procedure with the extractions, Dr. Goh was a great experience with the removal. Sad that it has to be done. But, I am happy that Aspen Dental was there for me. more

Everyone was very nice but I did have a 1 hr and 20 min wait before being called back for my appointment. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs and I only had X-rays done. more

I was disappointed that my 2:00 appt. was not recognized until 2:30 and that at 2:15 four people were called in ahead pf me. The explanation? "Everyone just got back from lunch." more

Nice facility with up to date equipment. Friendly staff with quick and honest assessments. Going back next week and feel very comfortable doing so. I almost forgot about the TV's on the dental chairs !!! I watched my games most of the visit !!! Woohoo !!! more
