One of my temporary crowns fell out before I got home and I only live 15 minutes away. Cost me a half day at work to get it corrected and now I will have to wonder how long it will take the permanent crowns to fall out once they are in. This will be my first and last experience with this company. Anybody have the name of a good dentist? more

I had experienced some extreme discomfort in my one wisdom tooth one evening. I had looked all around for dental clinics that had handled after hours emergencies and came across Aspen dental. I had called them and 30 minutes later I was in a chair at the Strongsville location. The staff was very friendly and explained every step of the way what was happening. It was discovered that I would need my wisdom teeth extracted but they wouldn't be able to do it until they had gotten my infection under control. I am one that doesn't handle going to the dentist very well so needless to say I was very worried of the whole situation. The surgeon, Dr. Okezie had requested to be contacted the night before the procedure which to me is a great step in customer service. In our conversation I was able to meet him before hand and he was able to get a full understanding of my history and that I was a handful when it came to dental work. I had initially wanted to be sedated for the procedure, but when I had arrived I had a discussion with both the doctor and nurse and concluded that it wasn't necessary. This saved me money and illustrated that they weren't just in it for the money, they just wanted what was best for the patient. The procedure went great and I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Okezie and the staff at Aspen. From top to bottom they were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone...especially those like me who do not like dental procedures. more

Came in to get some quick pricing for a cleaning and other things. Colleen was quick to address my questions and ran my insurance to give me accurate pricing. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Think I found my new dentist office! more

I had a problem with a different Aspen Dental location and the Strongsville office picked up the ball with courtesy and understanding and took care of me right away. They could not have been more professional, polite and helpful and made me feel very welcome. My problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
