Everyone was really nice and helpful. It does have a bit of a factory feel, but having wisdom teeth out, you know the oral surgeon does it all the time. Would go back again. more

I came back because it still hurt and he was just awesome . Called that morning and they got me right in . I was already on penicillin but I was done with that and he thought I needed another 10 days and let me tell you that worked magic!!!! I can't say enough about aspen dental in Ithaca they r the best! more

I tell you I was in so Much pain and they took me right in and helped me 110%. And it was close to Christmas and got me right in!!!!Everyone in the office is very very kind. They will do anything for you and make you feel really good. I am so thankful for them. I was in so much pain and it was to the Point where I was delirious my mom and husband were telling me things I don't remember I was in so much pain and they helped me. My husband and mother even called other dentist and they could not see me that day and they told them how much pain I was in but aspen dental did!!! I am so grateful and I am now their patient !!!!! more

Longest X-ray session I've ever had. Thorough exam with recommendations on work needed. After talking with my insurance I feel I would be better off getting a second opinion on periodontal status and work in that regard with an in-network periodontist. I asked for the total cost of work needed and what the out-of-pocket expense would be. Finance manager seemed very knowledgable, but the financing rate was WAY too high! Cleanings and fillings needed will be all I do at Aspen. more

Oral surgeon did a fantastic job and gave a follow up call about four hours after the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. more

I went in after not having been to a dentist in years, and found that it was an impressively good experience. All the employees were very nice, they were quite willing to explain everything they were doing, and no one chastised me for having been away from the dentist for so long.\r \r Be prepared to ask questions about what they're planning to do if you have preferences (e.g., they default to using tooth-colored composites for fillings, which have the benefit of not requiring as much tooth be drilled away as silver amalgams but are more expensive), but everything they recommended for me seemed logical.\r \r You should also be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes in the lobby and about that much in the exam room, but once I was in, I never felt like they were rushing and being dangerous, or like they were unwilling to take the time to answer my questions. They're also willing to fit you into the schedule twice in one day if you come in to be examined for pain, so that you can be treated quickly.\r \r All in all, I found that everyone there was kind, professional, and accommodating. After this experience, I'll have no hesitation going back in six months for another cleaning. more
