went there back in september of 09, got set up on a care credit card for my service plan, went to the office 2 times, then lost my job, lost my insurance, called in december 09 for a refund of services prepaid for but not received, after many phone calls and going into the office, still nothing has been done yet and it is now the middle of may 10. pluss charging more for the services than what was told would cost. they say i have a refund owed to me but home office has to approve it first, wtf. dont listen to whitney from the anderson office she is a liar, call customer satisfaction.
