Went here to have a tooth pulled. The initial visit was odd - not at all friendly, very quick, did not get to speak with the dentist at all (she was in and out in a VERY quick manner), but seamed reasonable. \r

They took the time to quote me $140 for the procedure (along with $2700 in additional work that after a second opinion, I find out that I did not need), and explained to me that my insurance was maintenance only, and would not cover this. No surprises there - and they also informed me that since it was self-pay, they would honor the $140 as that is what they normally get from the insurance providers. \r

So - I have the tooth pulled with no complications... to them. The suture was misplaced, let go of one side and now 6 weeks later, I still have a hole in the side of my gums... but they pushed me out of the chair when I mentioned that to them - "no, that's normal and will close up in a couple weeks".\r
