I just wanted to point out that overall, I like this place. If only they wouldn't force you in doing things you don't want to do right away. \r
\r
This dentist group was the first one recommended by my insurance so I made my appointment. I have a temporary filing that went away a little and the tooth is now sensitive so I wanted them to fix it, but... They have a different way of doing things which I'm not sure I like. \r
- Even thou I went with a specific issue they did a whole check up and a thousands X-rays and then told me I have a lot of other issues that I need to take care of. I don't disagree with them but I really wanted to take care of the hurting tooth which now I have to wait another 3 weeks to do it. That's insane!\r
- I like how they give you a printout with all you need to have done and the cost. I don't agree with paying 60% as a down payment. The amount wasn't too much ($180) but I don't understand why they force me to commit? Maybe I just want 3 procedures done this year and that will only have a total of $80 or whatever. I am the patient that's paying them so it should be my choice. I'm not sure I like their policy. \r
- Also, I hated the lack of privacy while in the chair. The doors stay wide open and people keep passing by, staring. Some patients might not mind, but I do. They should have a policy where the doors stay close during the examination and only keep them open if the patient requires. \r
\r
I do recommend the place just because they have a great way of giving you a invoice before they start working on your issues so that you totally avoid surprise bills in the mail. \r
They are very professional and that's something I also like. They don't ask personal questions and that's a big plus in my book. \r
If they accept your insurance you also have a huge discount.
