We traveled from Panama City to be seen in one day. My son does not have insurance. He was treated so kindly. The doctor put him on antibiotics right away. He burst a puss pocket in his mouth. He was told he needed to remove his wisdom teeth. We were given a copy of his ex-rays. We would definitely recommend Aspen Dental! Thank you for treating him so quickly and professionally. more

Very thorough exam. X-ray tech was knowledgeable and kind, Financial rep was professional and tactful with this senior citizen who was unaware of current dentistry fees. Hygienist explained procedures and was gentle during scraping/cleaning. Dentist did a comprehensive initial exam. more

I visited the Crestview office and was very disappointed. However, when I transferred to Ft. Walton, I was pleasently surprised. They were very nice, especially Dr. T, who I highly recommend. They went over everything and answered all my questions. They are everything a dentist's should be. I will definitely be back. more

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The doc provided a lot of advice and explained all of the why's. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. The only downfall I see is that I waited for what seemed forever. Sure I was brought to the chair at my scheduled appointment, but then sat there for another probably close to 20 minutes waiting on the doc to come in. more

Very professional staff. The people were nice and accommodating. I felt I was in excellent hands and as a bonus, Dr. Graves has excellent musical taste. 40's swing is just the upbeat that I needed. Dr. Graves told me I should redo an old crown. I will do that in your office after I set up my insurance next week. more
