The office in North Lakeland is one of the best Dental offices I have ever been to. Everyone in the office is extremely courteous and goes out of theor way to make it a pleasant experience. Tamara, the dental assistant, explained everything that she was going to be doing and was very patient while taking the xrays. Dr Gonzalez was very thorough in her exam and I felt that she was telling me what treatment really needed to be done and not just trying to get me to do dental treatment that did not need to be done. The office manager, Stephanie, explained all of the fees to me and spent time with me answering all of my questions regarding financing. She even went out of her way getting me seen the same day for my cleaning since the hygeniest had a cancellation. Juliet, the hygeniest, gave me the most thorough, painless cleaning I have ever had. I highly recommend this office to everyone who needs a great dental office!! Everyone in the office did a great job!! Thank you.
