The staff was wonderful but they need more help in the office part, setting up appointments, helping with financial payments & setting up dental work & plans that the doctors ordered for plan of care. One person just isn't enough. My first appointment took almost 3 hours & that's without a cleaning! more

I think they did okay I only had my teeth cleaned but they were trying to get me to do extra things that I didn't want to get done because of the cost and I didn't feel I really needed them. The people there were also very argumentative about this very matter and were trying to tell me that I had more teeth in my mouth then are really there. I really do think that I should know exactly how many teeth I will have in my mouth when the final procedure is done. more

I was in an emergency dental situation while on vacation when I contacted Aspen Dental. From my initial contact, the staff was professional, courteous and compassionate. Dr. Rana and his staff were awesome and took care of me quickly and competently. I would recommend the Eau Claire staff to everyone! more
