I don't like the fact that I have to wait too long in the waiting room to be seen. I get there 20 minutes before my appointment time and I get call in 15 minutes after my appointment time. more

Extremely unorganized!! They don't care.... do work just to get you out. :( NOT professional. Irondequoit Location Manager is mean, rude, jumpy and inconsiderate! Very unorganized. Don't go there! They are in a rush to take your money but not about doing job right. :( Check other reviews...... horrible for most locations. I wish I had checked reviews BEFORE going there!!!! \r \r Type ""Aspen dental reviews"" and do some reading! more

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! 11/7/2011

Bad service. Take a long time to get you out. An appointment is an ""all day thing"". :( I would NEVER go there again! Very unorganized - they are constantly ""trying to figure out"" what they are doing. Save your mouth/smile! Do NOT recommend! I wish I had checked the reviews BEFORE. (Learned the hard way...). OVERPRICED TOO!!!!!! more
