Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very nice and very professional. They explained everything, and then itemized their recommended treatment. The treatments were itemized and priced so that I could choose which procedures I wanted. The pricing was reasonable. I am going to send my daughter to Aspen for her next appointment. more

Pleasant and helpful personnel. My Doctor (Dr. Nguyen) was most thorough,informative and patient. Unfortunately had to go somewhere for immediate relief of toothache. more

The staff and the dentist were fantastic. Not stuffy like most dentist offices. The dentist and staff had great "bedside" manner and spoke on a level that seemed real, not scripted. more

This was the first time I went to aspen dental. They were all very nice but what counts is the professional service I received they all worked together and corrected my problem . From the dr all the way to the girls iin the office I. Would highly recommend aspen dental. Rob G. New castle Pa. more

Very easy going. I was fearful of the dentist however I had 4 teeth extracted, upper and lower teeth scrapped and felt no pain. They are very accommodating. I would highly recommend them more

I hadn't seen a Dentist in a long time and I was very nervous. I had been experiencing a lot of mouth pain over about 4 days and needed help. I was embarrassed about the extent of tooth decay that I had aloud my mouth to succumb to over all those years of not seeing a dentist. As soon as I walked into the office I knew it was going to be OK. Everyone made me feel comfortable . Some of my fears were that I would be degraded because of the way my teeth looked. I was also afraid that they would hurt me. None of this happened,in fact it was was a very pleasant experience. We actually came up with a game plan and they are going to help me get my healthy smile back. Thank You So Much Aspen Dental of New Castle,Pa . more

Very happy experience. It was my first time there and the staff all went above and beyond what they were supposed to do as professionals. They were very polite and professional. The dentist was knowledgable and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Awesome place and awesome people. more
