I was not in the frame of mind to ask a lot of questions when I signed up for the credit program. Brandon, the office manager rushed me through the process and I did asse the root canal was part of the treatment. I was later told that was extra. Also, Rian the tech told me I could upgrade my dentures to the top of the line. When ask the office manager how much it would cost for the improve dentures she only gave me a quotefor the top set($960). This seems NOT to be a fair business practice. I would like to speak to somebody in your corporate office not at the local Natick office because they just deflect when I ask questions . I think the issue of the root canal and your office manager's methodsdid come into question.
