I was told to arrive 15 minutes early which i arrived about 20 minutes early. During my wait which took about 40 minutes. The receptionist recieved 2 personal calls which each lasted 5+ minutes. I didnt get called back until about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Other than that everything was great! Donna was awesome and very caring more

The staff was nice. The Doctor that tested me on gum desice almost made me cry cause the testing was so painful but I guess thats unavoidable. The dentist was very nice. I liked that I got the first x-rays for free. Also I was very thankful that the doctor made it possible to get a filling without cleaning since I am just in America for one year and my insurance sucks. Anyway the hole proress took almost 2 hours and I had waiting times again and again that was a little bit to long for me. more

Very good experience. People were polite and helpful. Joanna Fox my dental hygienist was about the sweetest person anyone could ask to interact with. Very pleasant and very professional at the same time. Made my day! Usually dental appointment are stressful, but Joanna put me at ease and completed her work with a steady hand and a very pleasant smile!! Although I will add that I felt the cost for my appointment was expensive! more

So far good dr Latham was great! He's no longer there So my experience with any other Denist I can't comment Also they need to have n oral surgeon there on a regular monthly bases that's the only draw back so far I'll be seeing him on feb 17th Helen is wonderful can't say enough wonderful things about her more
