Very satisfied and the ladies who took care of me

Worst

My husband and I needed to find a local dentist with good hours. Should have been my first clue bc those good hours are always booked solid and the hygienist doesn't even work on...

I came to Aspen Dental in hopes of getting my teeth fixed and getting my confidence in my smile back. After a few visits over the past few weeks I've gotten 9 teeth filled and two teeth pulled. The people that work there are great, always making me feel welcome and comfortable.. John, he does the consultations and he found the best payment plan for me that I could comfortably afford and helped me to understand it before I agreed to it. The Dr that did the work on my teeth, Dr.Paras ... He was amazing to me. He made sure he did a great job, he talked me thru what he was doing each time I sat in his chair. I know that being made to feel welcome and comfortable doesn't fix your teeth, but Dr. Paras fixes them! Thank you Aspen Dental, Cleveland Tn. more

I was very happy with Dr. Paras. He eased my nervousness about my extractions with a kind ""chair side"" manner... as well he was very quick and efficient in taking care of questions and concerns I had after the appt... even on the weekend. I would recommend him to not only my friends but also my family. more

I haven't been to a dentist in years... Out of fear!! The staff from the time I walked through the door were wonderful and very comforting. The last experience I had with a dentist I needed a root canal which resulted in seeing two different "specialists" and multiple appointments. I was very hesitant when I was told I needed another and would have preferred to have it pulled. However through the education of the assistants they explained what needed to happen to save the tooth. Then to my surprise said dr. Cauley could do it right there on site! Best experience with any dr ever and now I have no pain and I got to keep my tooth!!!!!!! I would recommend this doctor and staff over any other!!!!!!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Awesome Turn Around 5/19/2012

This office used to be an awful place to go for anything. I had such a bad experience on my first visit that I vowed not to go back. Then a friend of mine went and said they have a whole new staff. I went to check it out and was not let down. The doctor is very knowledgeable and seems to have things under control. He didn't even have to refer me out for my root canal. All the big procedures are done in office now. Brenda and Angie were very friendly....helping me understand everything. Very happy with the changes! I Finally Found My Dentist! 5/17/2012

The dentists and staff of the Aspen Dental treated me to an extraordinary experience. Someone there really understands how people want to be treated. I have been fearful of going to the dentist my entire life. Dr. Cauley and Dr. Fenton treated me with compassion and kindness. All of the staff there were smiling and friendly. The receptionist (Lynn) was so welcoming. I had some financial barriers to getting some of my work completed. The office manager worked to help me get the most out of my insurance benefits and even find financing for the balance. I didnt realize this was even an option. HORRIBLE and has NO customer service! 9/6/2011

My husband and I needed to find a local dentist with good hours. Should have been my first clue bc those good hours are always booked solid and the hygienist doesn't even work on Saturdays! So my concern was that I was not willing to have my panoramic redone as it hasn't even been a year and was told they would take it. I had them sent over and in the mean time my husband went in and comes out with a 2,000 dollar work up order and was asked do you want to schedule all of that right now knowing that half of it wasn't even covered bc our max benefit runs out in the middle of it! So I get it and call and we discuss that we will start with the major issues and break it up. But it made me nervous bc they didn't at all try to look out for us! Then they do a cancer screening that our ins doesn't cover but tells us that it is routine yet after I just called today they said no you signed something, k prove it bc we did not knowingly sign anything of the sort! After my husband went in the last time and tried to explain that we don't want anything done wo asking us if our ins doesn't cover it. With raised voices both the receptionist and office manager said that is our responsibility to know what they cover! And while that may be true the tone and attitude were uncalled for and right there is when they lost our business! So now I am trying to get our xrays and told there is a 10$ charge..k, never heard of that but oh yah, they "are a corporation". and now she says they can't find my x rays and they wouldn't hv taken them from another dentist bc it's against their rules and so I said that makes sense that you would lie to us to get us in your office! Please don't use them! So happy cuz I found out that our insurance does cover us to go out of network at the same rates!! They are not out to take care of the customer...this office especially has NO customer service!!!! more

The worst of the worst!!! 3/8/2011

I have had a couple of bad experiences with this place. They are outrageous and what to go around your bottom to geet to your elbow so they can charge unreal amounts. For an emergency they wanted to schedule an appointment 5wks away!!! more
