Made sure to look at each tooth closely, even the gums(which I never had done before.) The staff was nice, even the receptionist in the waiting room while she was dealing with an angry patient. Very professional. Made me feel at ease while I was in pain and anxious to what was wrong. Appointment time was a bit longer than I was hoping but seems to be a busy office. Glad I went with this one too. more

Everyone at Aspen is so helpful. In a time when we often feel that we are treated like only a number on an assembly line, it is refreshing to know that people treat you like a human with a name and feelings. Dr. Ballard has been so great. Elizabeth at the front desk in the Appleton office, is a fantastic customer service rep. for that office. She is very personable, knowledgable and kind. She is bright and welcoming. Thanks to them all. more

WOW !! Very nice lady's, very professional, they numbed my mouth, my dentist came in the room and asked if i was ready, she checked if i was numb enough , i told her i felt nothing BEFORE I KNEW IT she said, ALL DONE ! I had to ask if i heard her correctly, I'm a 54 yr old Veteran and have a few teeth missing but i have never had a dentist remove a tooth and not even know it. I will pay my Aspen Dental dentist before I'll go to the VA FOR FREE !!! Thank you !! more

Been a patient for years and have recently had many problems. Terrible customer service on the phone and they say you can walk in and they have emergency appts, but I called in serious pain and they tell you on the phone to wait a week! I don't know what happened to the decent company they started as, but I would not recommend them now more
