got a quote for dental work for $25,000 (not for myself, but a good friend). As much as I wanted to help my friend, I told them that is too much for me. I explained I can only pay what will be authorized by Care Credit. They called Care Credit and got authorized for $18K. At that point, they gave me a "Family Discount" getting it down to $19,236, which Care Credit accepted as an "overdraft" ... Now that the bone work has been done, they asked me to pay for the "SECOND PART" (as they called it) - which is nearly $8,000 - to COMPLETE the dental work. I am still paying off Care Credit and I don't have that amount available. I was never advised when being given the estimate that there would be another payment due. If I had known, I wouldn't have done it ... What a ripoff. Don't go there! Such Bait & Switch should be illegal. So I paid nearly $20K and my friend still doesn't have teeth :-( ... I am just so disgusted. If you go over the reviews other "Bait & Switch" victims posted as well ...
PS. I tried "reaching out to Customer Service" - it was a waste of time.
