Aspen Dental

Everything was great. I was there for a routine cleaning and the woman who did mine was new to the property, I believe she said she had been there about a month. She was super friendly and was genuinely interested in my upcoming vacation. She answered all my questions without any trouble. The doctor came briefly at the end to do a quick check and was very friendly as well. He is also new to the property I believe. Even the receptionist was awesome, I think her name was crystal. I wish I could remember everyone of their names as they were all fantastic. I am someone who has had bad experiences at other dentist offices in the past but this one had me completely at ease. I love the new doctor at Aspen has very accommodating ,And Kevin the one that makes the teeth this is the first time I have ever had a partial to fit and I've had two partials at other companies that never fit .thank you Kevin you're doing a wonderful job! more

I am very impressed with Aspen Dental at the Pickerington location. I had a problem where a crown fell off my front tooth and I was left with a big gap where the tooth was. I was very self conscious about it and wanted to get it fixed asap. I called Aspen Dental on a Monday afternoon and was given an appointment for the next day. When I went in, everyone was extremely nice and sympathetic to my issue. I was given a thorough exam and it was decided I needed to have the rest of the tooth extracted and a flipper tooth for right now, then a bridge will come later. I had impressions made (the girl was so very nice when I gagged and spit stuff all over the chair) ! Anyways, they scheduled me on Wednesday for the extraction and get my flipper. When I left the office I had my flipper in place and it looks so natural! I have minimal pain. I am very happy with this place and the service I received. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office. A 10 out of 10! more
