STAY AWAY! Could almost guarantee that ANY positive review was planted by an employee of Aspen OR someone who could care less in the actual quality of the dentistry performed and all they care about is the cost of Aspens so called ""fixes"". Office staff was rude, the dental assistants were the unfriendly and the least helpful of anyone I have ever come across in any type of medical field, or customer service, for that matter. I can say that the dentists were friendly, however I liken them to meatball surgeons during the war as their quality leaves A LOT to be desired. I originally went into Aspen as I had to have 3 teeth removed, a partial denture made and then 4-5 cavities filled. It has only been 6 months or so and I have already had to have ALL of the cavity fillings redone, my current dentist could not believe the shady work that had been done. The tooth extractions went relatively well, however the partial denture procedure has been a NIGHTMARE! The first plate that was made fit so terrible that when I went in the day after the tooth extraction to pick up the denture a 2nd plate was immediately started. In getting fitted for the 2nd plate, the fitting mold pulled out my clots and I got dry socket. The 2nd plate was not much better than the first. It did actually fit into my mouth, unlike the first, however the dentist had to drill off portions of the plate just for me to be able to close my mouth properly. On top of this, there were huge gaps between the ""denture"" teeth and my real teeth so they needed to take my plate back to ""add"" material to one of the denture teeth. Uping my visits to 4 over the span of 3 days. Once the dental office had completed their patchwork on my denture plate, it was still mortifying to actually speak to anyone. The plate fit poorly, it randomly falls out at inopportune times, there is a gap between the roof of my mouth and the top of the denture plate making me sound like a 13 year old girl with her first retainer. All of these concerns were vocalized to the dentist and his response was not to worry as it was only a temporary plate and I would only have to wear it for 6-12 months. Oh really?!?! Is that all? He suggested using fixadent to hold the plate in my mouth, which it did, however there was still the gap on the top causing the odd speaking AND even with that the plate would still come out when eating due to the entire apparatus being cattywampus and when I would chew on the left side of my mouth the right side of the plate would pull down and when I chewed on the right side of my mouth the left side of the plate would pull down. Please, please do not ignore the bad reviews like I did and save yourself the headache and LOTS of $$$ in the long run. Even though they are cheap you end up having to have everything done twice.\r
And to my friends at Aspen, if you ever do read this and/or respond to my concerns (since you never did via your website) I will be contacting the BBB!
