I was greeted by a really nice receptionist. The X-ray technician was sympathetic to my pain when taking X-rays the dentist and assistant explained my problems and referred me to an endodontist. Good experience even while in pain. more

My visit this week was good everyone greeted me & was professional. My overall experience with Aspen is not that great-the turn over in staff members should speak for itself. I get the impression it's a miserable place to work. I have been billed for services not rendered, gone in for procedures and they had me down to pull all my teeth. My EOB states YTD out of pocket $1500.00 - but you all have billed Genesis $3000.00. I cannot get Genesis bill caught up to afford to pay for services on procedures still needed on teeth you show I don't have or the work has already been done. Looking on to transfer to another dental office as soon as I can get my billing straight. more

Excellent team work and multitasking in job producing good results. Very concerned about well being of patient in each step of the process. Team is well jelled and works as one although they have separate jobs . Compliment each other in knowledge and in personality and chair side manners. Dentist was excellent in handling her staff. Professional but caring. more

Great service wonderful. Staff & Dr. I still wonder though why I had to have my mouth X-rayed when the work l had done was outside my mouth. I've read good reviews and I've read bad reviews so I'm going to tell you about my experience. I haven't been to the dentist for many years due to a bad experience I had as a child. From the moment I walked into the Aspen Dental office in Murfreesboro,Tn. And met Dr. Butler she changed my whole perception of dentists she was everything I could have hoped for. She was kind, gentle, and a bit of a perfectionist but in a great way. If you are like me and have put off the dentist for way to long give her a chance to change your mind you won't be sorry. So thank you Dr. Butler and Aspen Dental for a great experience. more
