I thought Aspen Dental was great. I was treated with respect and I will be getting my new teeth at Aspen. My Mother had just passed away and a tooth had come of my dentures I was freeking out because I did not want to go to the funeral with a missing tooth. I called several places with no luck and Aspen got me in and fixed my teeth on the same day and time was of importance. So Thank you Aspen Dental in my time of despair you made my life better. Everyone was extremely helpful and full of helpful information. My visit was a delight. As I need further dental work and I will, I shall return to Aspen Dental. My initial visit with the dentist went well - however when I returned for my filling a new dentist came in to do filling. The scheduling process could be improved. When I left got my filling work done they scheduled me for replacement crowns on May 26, however I received an email with a May 18 date. When I called to verify the date I was told they never had a May 26 date scheduled - I hope the dentist that said she would do my work is the one that does the actual procedure. Other than clerical staff seems competent. more

Krista Hendrick the DH did the most enjoyable cleaning I have ever had, she was so thorough yet so gentle, I told her that is was 'almost relaxing'. She has a wonderful bedside manner and very professional, I was very impressed. Our past dental experiences have been less than desirable for me and my kids, I am taking them to her from now on! more
