So far so good. Incredibly friendly staff from arrival til the end. Love the fact you know up front the costs. I need a lot of work. Not sure about all of it like the deep cleaning v's regular. Especially bc insurance doesn't cover that. So more $$than I thought/wanted. That part seemed a little too assembly line. I'm a new patient and literally have panic attacks at the thought of anything dealing with dental. So time will tell how they handle that/me. Any pain or lack of patience with me and I'll be running for the hills. more

My experience with Aspen Dental, Dr. Chadha and Maritza Medini has been nothing but positive. Nothing is too much trouble and no problem not resolved immediately. This was a very tramatic experience for me and they never made me feel unimportant no matter how many adjustment's I have needed. The entire staff of the front office makes you welcome, never rushed and will get you into the office ASAP. I will recommend them to anyone. more

I took my mother in law as a new patient. She is almost 89 years old, God Bless her..... she was treated so well, with kindness, care and compassion. I can't say enough about Dr. S. and Samantha. They were both just wonderful. The support people at the front desk also treated my mother-in-law with respect and dignity. My pleasurable experience began the minute I walked in the front door as I was greeted by the kind receptionist. The courteous and cheerful staff were able to put me at ease because, let's be honest, going to the dentist usually isn't at the top of people?s list of things to do, especially when you have teeth like I did. I have had a hard time with dentists in the past and took alot for me to show up & schedule an appointment, I'm not sorry that I did, Dr. M is wonderful, she is my ongoing dentist and will remain that way, I have to tell you that I am the patient from ____, and she tolerates me very well, I warned her about myself and she does everything she can to make me feel as comfortable as can be, if I show up everyday, she is there and she never complains, she does what she needs to do to make you happy, I feel that she goes above and beyond for her patients, she is an asset to the dental practice and I can't thank her enough for giving me my smile back once again, this is an ongoing process and not a joyful one at that but it's worth it and I have Dr. M and the staff at aspen dental to thank for all their time and effort in my care and comfort....\r Thanks, Two thumbs up to ya's more
