Aspen Air has been doing routine service on my air conditioner for a few years. Today I had a major problem. Their technician, David Lee, responded quickly, identified my problem, contacted my warranty company & fixed the unit. I highly recommend the company. more

Aspen Air Conditioning continues to impress me. Every. Single. Time! When their service techs come to the house, they always cover their feet to ensure that they don't bring in dirt from the outside. They are consistently patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and spend time explaining how you can best maintain your unit. Moreover, not only is their technician care exemplary, but the office staff always keeps me informed when they are on their way or if they are running behind. David L. in particular is stellar and when he noticed I needed a new unit, was nice enough to have someone give me a call within the hour to set up a free estimate. He also showed me how to clean my filter, and while the unit is an antique, really didn't try to sell me anything but pointed out some of the things I should consider when thinking about a new unit. The gentleman that gave me the quote was also fantastic (again not surprised). He understood that I didn't have a large budget and we figured out the best unit to purchase based on my current electric usage etc. BOTTOM LINE: I absolutely love Aspen Air and will recommend them every time! more
