I moved to the Fuquay area in 1985. I had a Saturday morning emergency back then, for a Saturday night invitation, that put me at Ashworth's looking for something to wear. I found it, they fixed the length and I was at the CEO's house that evening. Time passes and I went back to see them. Steve Ashworth met me at the door, remembered my waist, inseam and the color of the 2 pairs of pants I bought. Extemely impressive. Since then, that 's pretty much the only place I go. Steve makes sure it looks right....on me. I lived for 2 years in Europe in the mid 90's and had I people in Bolanga, Italy complement me on me ties. That's only one example. All from a little ol' shop in Fuquay. I've referred friends, I've taken both my sons, I suppose I can't say enough.\r

The first two posts mention price; Well OK, what is it worth to find customer service in a day when nobody cares? Certainly, you can always go the the Mall where they really care. And the price isn't just for service; I've got suits that I bought nearly 20 years ago that are still holding. I'm a bit particular when I step out the door. Ashworth's has always made sure that that part works out fine. The rest is up to me.\r

I don't spend much time looking at the ladies side of the house though I've bought my wife a few beautiful sweaters from them. But if it's a suit, a cigar, a pair of very funky reading glasses, something for the course or a deal on shoes.....that's it for me. As far as I'm concerned, Steve and his family are long time friends of mine. And Steve has spent his earlier years wandering the garment world, so he stays very tuned to what's happening.\r

I wish you well.
