It's always fun to go into Ashworth. It has that old time pharmacy feel with the lunch counter and very friendly staff. They rent medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.)...

It's always fun to go into Ashworth. It has that old time pharmacy feel with the lunch counter and very friendly staff. They rent medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.) which is a real plus. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. more

Lunch counter a real treat ! 12/7/2007

Ashworth's is family owned and operated and has been a favorite lunch time spot for 35 + years. Small but well stocked with pharmacy, first aid, trendy and seasonal items. 30 years ago, I used to bicycle my daughter to pre-school at the Church next door. When I picked her up at noon, we would have grilled cheese and cherry cokes for lunch at Ashworth's. Still a neat place after all those years. more

Excellent Staff 2/17/2007

Great Staff, very friendly, nice soda machine as well as odd-end items you can't find at CVS or Wallmart. Main con is they are not fully stocked with thousands of itmes like a super center, and their store hours are short. Pros: Excellent PHarmacist and Staff Cons: Store hours - too short & parking is hard, but staff is worth it more

Great little lunch place 7/11/2006

I have never had a perscription filled, but have visited the store on 2 occassions. The people there are friendly, charming atmosphere with a soda fountain, lunch bar and booths. It reminds me of a place my grandmother took me when I was a little girl. The food is cheap, simple and fast. The lemonade is fresh and outstanding. Child and pet friendly, they even gave me a cup of water for my chiuahua last time I was there. We plan to make this a regular lunch place. Pros: Pet and child friendly, nice people, Lemonade! more
