Shaun is a sorry excuse for a property manager. She doesn't explain things or care to put forth effort into her job. She is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't look the part of a property manager. She is very unkept! They add late fees to your account without explaining why the late fee is added. They will charge you for anything and for any reason just to get more money from you. The maintenance of this place is terrible. They never fix anything or when they do try to fix is it's done in a redneck manor where the item is not fixed at all. They say it "Isn't in their budget" to replace a broken item. The pool is falling apart, chunks of the concrete is missing from the floor of the pool. They don't keep it warm in the winter because it's not in their budget to heat the pool so it's not worth swimming in cause it's so cold. The grounds are covered in dog poop. Including the walk ways. No one cleans up after their pets and no one enforces the rules to do so. The parking is terrible,
