Welcoming 10/14/2011

Staff- all of them have always been very welcoming. I would like to always be allowed to accompany Pumpkin in his vet visit. I think that it soothes her and calms her nerves because she is not sure of what's going on. Glad to have a great vet to take care of her. more

Basset owner 10/5/2011

This clinic is great. We took our more mature, distinguished hound for a check up and meds for worms and they were so kind and gentle. They truly love animals here and are willing to work with you if you have payment issues as well. They always seem to have an opening on the same day when I call, which is a huge plus! Dr Walmsley is really awesome and not afraid to be covered in slobber which is a way of life for any Basset owner. Dr Sisley is really great also- funny guy. This clinic has been great. This is the second and third pet (cats) we have had here. We received good service, are very pleased with the staff and feel comfortable leaving Molly and Holly here to receive their vet care. more

Great Animal Hospital 9/7/2011

Every one here is super nice to Rooster and I and I really appreciate how they treat him because he is literally a BIG handful hahaha. Ashton Animal Clinic has a very clean office and the staff is very pleasant. They have some quick service and I never have to wait long. Thank you all so much, you guys are great!! more

Very Un-caring 8/26/2011

I was thrilled when Ashton animal Clinic moved in less than 1/2 mile from my house back in 1998. It is a beautiful facility and Lauries ex-husband who was also a vet there was fantastic, a real people person. Laurie on the other hand, lets you know she's the doctor, and really looked down on me and my wife in our time of hurt. We had a cat that had its kidneys failing, we were both in tears after hearing that the recommendation was to put the cat down. Laurie actually stood there with her hand on her hip, looking away as if she was irrated at us becuse we were taking a few minutes to make a decision, to us, that was very important. She may as well said, ""Sack up and let's get on with it!"" Very, very bad bedside manner, thank god shes not a nurse. From that day on WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. more
