Dr. Farley earned his doctorate at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio. He completed a surgical residency of foot and ankle surgery at Hutzel hospital in Detroit Michigan; Dr. Farley's special medical interests include reconstructive foot surgery.
