Ashley River OB/GYN

This being my first visit to an ob/gyn in Charleston, I was a little worried at how the neighborhood looked (It didn't seem ideal for a doctors office). I was relieved once I actually found the building because it looked clean on the outside as well as inside the office. Upon arriving there were no other patients waiting so I was seen after almost no waiting time. Before beginning the examination, Dr. Weinstein spoke to me in his office and addressed any questions/concerns I had. The exam itself was very quick and pain-free(was in there for an annual check-up: pap smear, breast exam, etc. ) Overall, I had a very pleasant experience during my visit and would definitely recommend Dr. Weinstein again. He seems very down-to-earth but maintains high professionalism. more

Ive been with this practice for almost 10years, dispite losing the first 2physicians to them relocating etc, Ive found the best physician. Dr Wilson just delivered my first baby in August-very professional, a friend and caring doctor; compared to her collegues-very patient and actually sits and talks to you and treats you mind,body and soul(a person). They are not tuned into good business practice.\r Their phone number appears in an obscure area of their invoice.\r Apparently they take lunch and the whole place shuts down.\r Only emergency calls accepted (which is ok except for the ""only"")\r Cannot leave a message.\r THEY will not all back\r Client has to TRY AGAIN\r at OB/GYN convenience\r \r NOTE: Rating is based on BUSINESS practice,,,not MEDICAL practice Pros: Accept emergency calls Cons: Will not accept a message during lunch...will not call back more
