The service we received was excellent. 3/30/2013

The serviceman, Bob, called before he came and was on time. He was friendly and stayed to the task. He gave us a thorough review of what was inspected and repaired. We highly recommend Ashley Heating for their good service and conscientious servicemen. more

Ashley Heating is a top notch customer service company! 3/29/2013

Kelly Morris came and performed our work and did a wonderful job. He explained everything he was going to do before hand and reviewed everything that was done afterward. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and was amazingly polite on top of all of it. I already told Kirby Ashley what a wonderful job he did and that he represented Ashley Heating and Cooling well. You don't see this level of customer service from most companies any more, so it was very refreshing to receive it. Thanks Ashley Heating and Cooling! Excellent job! more

Great as always 3/28/2013

Service is fine. Don't care for electronic bill. Don't like this form of communication. Some old folks might even hide their computer and tell you they don't have an e mail address. What you do best is hire friendly competent people. Use your computers in your back room to keep track of stuff. In the future if you want a review mail it to me and keep the post office in business. more

Super job in estimating and installation 3/28/2013

We were very pleased on how quickly we could get a suggestions of furnaces to meet our needs and a fair estimate. Super impressed on how soon Ashely was able to install the unit. The Crew was very polite and made sure to keeping the work area clean and neat. The total installation took less then a half a day. Crew members arrived at the scheduled time and started working right away. Even you estimator was there early to insure things were on schedule. Once again nothing but quality service. That's why we continue to call Ashely for our heating and air conditioning needs. Always available, on time/schedule, and correct on the price. No hidden additional cost. Thanks once again for an excellent job. more

Poor Customer Service 3/28/2013

Once AGAIN, customer service and following up on promises seems to be lacking. Was told by your service rep that the account mgr would contact us about further work that needed to be done. He did, he left a voice mail message. We returned his message, and that was the last we heard. That was two weeks ago. Following up with customer service seems to be a continuing issue with your company, this is not the first time! more

The technicians are excellent, the installation crew is very good 3/6/2013

I have used Ashley Heating & Air Conditioning for about eight years. They have done all of my maintenance work for a number of years. When my A/C died they replaced it. I have recommended them multiple times and suggest giving them a chance to make a bid. I wouldn't go any place else. more
