I purchased furniture on June 23rd. The saleswoman was helpful and not pushy at all, let us walk around without following us or bugging us every 5 minutes. However the delivery was another story. I was told that delivery would take about 2 weeks but more than likely would be really about 1 week. I was given phone # to call in 48 hours to check on status. I called the # and spoke with Holly, she stated the furniture was in and would be delivered on June 30th. I was moving into my new place July 3rd and asked if they could deliver then to which she replied "" no problem"" they will call you the day before and give you a 4 hour window. July 2nd 7pm no phone call I called Holly to check on status.. her reply well I don't know who you talked to( it was her that told me this info ! ) but your furniture will not be in until July 21st and there is nothing you can do about it, and laughed about it. I called back and Sammy said that they would have it to me Monday July 6th. No furniture until Thursday July 9th. I called everyday to check on status was told they did not know what was going on they would have to call back ( never did) was hung up on.. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY initial experience was good after they get your money the "" customer service"" is horrible.
