I guess they should get a star because they landed the sale and got the money up front. There is nothing that states when your furniture will be delivered. My first tentative delivery date was April 25th/2010 . It is now June 16th. There is a 30% cancellation fee. The customer service is not nice or helpful. They are like oh well what are you going to do about it ! I gave you a tentative date and I gave you another and now I will give you another one. They do not care if they already have your money. DO not Pay In advance or you will have to keep dealing with them. Michelle more
