Great pumpkin patch and fall fest! 9/17/2010

My husband and I have gone several times for the ""all you can carry for $20"" pumpkins. It was a blast. The hayride was a little dusty, but I forgot about that until the other poster mentioned it. I wasn't that bad, to be expected out in a field, you are in the country after all. We have a baby and are planning on going again. The folks who run it, the food, and attractions are super! This is great way to enjoy a fall afternoon. Visit the doughnut shop while you wait in line, and get some yummy food. FUN! more

Big disappointment! 10/13/2007

I had heard so much about the Ashland Berry Farm and was excited to go. What a bomb! The hayride was a nightmare. I'm not sure that anyone quite expected to swallow the amount of dust we all did that day, even in the dry conditions that existed. Little did we know that the tractor would stick to the dry dirt road even when an alternative watered route was available and that when two traitors passed it appear that they were in some sort of competition with one another as to who could throw more dirt on the other. Most adults on the trip were horrified. Fortunately, most kids did not care. That did little to deter the desire that most of us shared at the end of the ride; to immediately shower and change our clothes! Could they not have at least warned us and given us the chance to rethink this miserable ""over the top"" experience. What topped everything off was that as we were leaving that day we came across areas where they were watering the trail that led out of the farm and it was as muddy as could be. Way to treat your guests! What a miserable experience! No thanks, I won't be back! Pros: In a pretty area. Cons: Much about nothing! more

doughnuts Where are they 5/24/2002

i love to pick Strawberries and usually go to Ashland Berry Farm . I find half not all of the people aloof and rude. We were very dissapointed in the fact that there were once again no doughnuts and at 2 pm this seems unexplainable. The berries were good and this is the most important thing. my children had fun. Pros: good berries, fun ride on wagon, good parking Cons: no doughnuts, rude staff/half, not too many berries more
