It's a quiet, clean community. But the maintenance guy is borderline-criminal. Always lurking around and keeping tabs on everyone. Very unsettling and intrusive. Pros: Clean pool Cons: Creepy maintenance guy more

Best apartment I ever lived in! 6/16/2009

I've always felt safe here. One of the maintenance guys goes driving around the complex at night all the time, so it always stays quiet. The whole staff is nice and very helpful. I've lived here for 4 years and it's been great! Pros: pool, fitness center and a great staff Cons: They allow dogs. more

Avoid! 9/15/2007

Seemed friendly at move in, but once you get moved in, no one seems to care. Management is lazy, she could care less if your neighbor is keeping you up until 2 am, she won't do a thing about it! Needed my dishwasher fixed, and it took 2 weeks for even a simple response! Very small area, not very well insulated, and smells. I would be leary of living here, especially if your looking for a family friendly place. Oh, and good luck catching anyone in the office to complain to! Pros: Nice Pool Cons: Poor management more
