Also when I returned the next day with the phone not working ( I bought Ins. on it) he would not stand behind the cell phone (One day old), and was told I was a lier. All I wanted was the phone replaced, the owner said he would not do anything for me and had to take it up with Metro PCS. This is the type of service you get at Ash Communications, buyer beware!!!!!!!
