If I didn't like the doctor, I wouldn't go to him. 10/23/2013

I've been going to Dr. Marrow at Ascent Audiology Mobile for a long, long, long time. He's very good. He figures out what's wrong with me and takes care of it. He's a very good doctor; go to him. They've got a lot of other doctors in their practice, but I like to go with one doctor and stay with the same one. I make an appointment for Dr. Morrow and I see Dr. Morrow. That's very important to me. more

Helped me hear out of my left ear 7/1/2013

Ascent Audiology Mobile has been great. I can hear again ! I thought my left ear was shot and I found out there was some hearing left in it once I worked with Ascent. This was not my first hearing aid but it was my first time working with this store. SueAnn and a man in the store were great to work with and they worked to find something for my left ear. more

Everything is great 6/28/2013

I've been with Ascent Audiology for 2 or 3 years. Everything is great. They provided me with hearing devices and everything was great. They give me real good service. I have a lot of build up so when I come in, they make sure that I get cleaned out. The new lady doctor helps me out and she is really nice. I highly recommend them. more

I have heard things I had forgotten about. The first morning I heard the birds and had my wife listen. I've been able to turn the TV down where people could stand to be in the room with me. more

Although Dr. Kelly did not help me originally with my aid, she treated me like a star patient. 6/23/2013

I had stopped wearing my left and only required aid because I could hear nothing using it. After much prodding from my kids, I returned to Ascent and Dr. Kelly. She adjusted it to the proper settings and I wear it and I CAN HEAR. more

I went in for a checkup. I told Catherine that my hearing aids were not helping me, and I was totally dissatisfied. I was not able to hear people speak clearly. She determined that the ear molds were causing feedback. She removed the ear molds & changed to rubber tips - 100 improvement!! I am totally satisfied. This was my 1st visit with Catherine, she was very professional & knew how to analyze my problem. more

Good product- excellent service 6/7/2013

My wife and I went in together to get "ears". Ascent treated us exceptionally well , took time to work with us, and gave us a great deal ( we bought 4 hearing aids). The process was well prepared and executed to get us fitted and installed. We are well satisfied and highly recommend using Ascent to return to hearing again. more

I've worn hearing aids for 20 years and a few months back I had lost mine. They probably needed replacing and updating and at that time the Dr. in Ascent Audiology had an approach I liked. They didn't do repairs but when I lost mine I checked their options as well as two competitors. I liked the hearing aids offered at Ascent Audiology and Hearing and prices were competitive. I have had a few problems with the right hearing aid and it is ultimately a fit problem and Dr. Catherine Kelly has done everything imaginable to make me satisfied. I couldn't be more pleased, she has really gone above what I expected for a customer. I was in retail for 30 years and I see the importance of great customer loyalty to stay in business and they have my loyalty. more

Great people, treat you like family 5/23/2013

Ascent Audiology and Hearing is great, I first started off about a year and a half ago to get my first hearing aid. They are good people, they are like friends who treat you like royalty and help in anyway they can. Not only are they wonderful, but they remember you. I brought my mom in there to get two hearing aids and I have them for one aid. I would recommend them to anyone I met with a hearing problem. more
