The hearing test was very pleasant and I was only hearing 50%. That's when we decided it was time to finally get one. He gave us all the options and we are all ecstatic about the results and the highly professionalism that he and his staff demonstrated. They are exceptional. Ascent Audiology in Fairhope is a five and a half hour drive away from me, but I still keep going back to them! I know I could go to other audiologists in my area, but I have been so happy with the service over the years that I don't care to change them. The receptionist is probably the best receptionist you can find. She knows what she's doing and takes care of everything. If I had a business, I would want her at my front desk! Andy is down to earth and always happy to see his customers. He will talk with you and take care of you. Over the years, I have had no problems with my aid. Andy always makes sure to make minor adjustments to it so that I get the best sound possible. He provides personal attention and never tries to up sell me on anything. He's only determined in his customers getting the best fit for their hearing requirements. He's a REALLY, REALLY good person, and that's hard to find. I really lucked out when I discovered this place. I have already recommended Ascent Audiology in Fairhope to several people. If you need a hearing aid, these are definitely the people to go to! more

This is my second experience purchasing hearing aids. I had never had any experience before and so now I can quantify my most recent experience with Ascent Audiology Fairhope with that previous one, which I had thought was okay.
