My first (and only) occurence. I went in to find out whether or not they were able to make a plaque in a rush (part of there advertisement states ""In case of the last minute emergency, we are available to ensure your ceremony will always be SUCCESSFUL."") and from the moment that I began to speak with ""GARY"" he told me why nothing was possible, and how I would have to wait at least 10 days (not what I consider a rush) to get my job done. Rather than try and help me solve my problem, he managed to give me the additude that my work wasn't important and that he has more than enough work with or without me. \r
When I deal with businesses, I don't need people to make me feel that my work is the only important work, But I do like people to appreciate my business. I tried asap because they were closer than the company I usually use, and found that to be a big mistake.
Cons: Poor attitude, slow service
