Asa Appliance & Refrigeration

I was very happy with Asa appliance. I contacted them at 2 pm and they were at my house by 4 pm. He fixed the problem in less than 30 min, so the labor was included in the visit price of $75. He tried to fix the part on the fridge that was broken before just replacing it. When that didn't work he had an extra in his truck, so he was able to fix it in 1 visit. We were very impressed with our experience with ASA Appliance. Our dryer went out Sunday night and we called first thing Monday morning. They came Monday and fixed the problem with ease. The prices were very reasonable and we feel comfortable sending them to all of our friends. Thanks for the great service. When our washer went out a few years ago, we called a service center and it took them a week to come and then the part was cheep, but the labor was over $200. ASA Appliance charged $75 for the visit (that includes the first half hour of labor) and the parts. It took him about 40 min to fix it, so he charged us $5 more for the extra time. That's a whole lot better than most I've seen. It is also a local company and we love to support the local businesses. Hope this helps. more
