We were very pleased with the work AYWE did (install exterior lights and outlets, replace interior outlets). Jermaine was professional, courteous and friendly. Pricing was fair. My only complaint is they were not able to provide a quick response when we needed some of the work done to avoid delaying our overall project. more

The electrician was great - punctual and efficient - but he was unable to do one of the tasks we required. I was told on the phone that this company could absolutely install a range hood, no problem; in fact, they can only do the electrical work for such a device. A little frustrating, since that was one of two main reasons we'd called them out in the first place. Oh well. more

Unprofessional. Not transparent with fee calculations. They will outright refuse to provide you with how they came to a price. Escalated to an "Operations Manager" and he refused too. Only assumption I can make from that is that they are calculating something they don't want you to know. I do not trust them and would recommend you stay away. more

Was referred to this company by Harolds Lighting for installation of a tricky dining room fixture. He did an excellent job. He also pointed out that the fixture needed a different dimmer, which I would have missed if I'd done the work myself. Both the company and Aaron were thorough and professional. more

We had excellent work done by the person Shadrin Martin. All our contact with any individual from this firm were very polite, very business like, worked fast and explained what and how they would perform the project. more

My mom contacted one of the best rated electrical companies in the area (according to Angie's List - Brennan Heating & AC) for some panel work but they had quite a wait list and referred "As You Wish Electric." As You Wish scheduled an appointment for the following week but shortly thereafter called my mom back with a next day availability due to a cancellation because they knew she was concerned about the risk of fire. The person they sent was Jason who seemed nice and after going over my mom's issues gave me a quote on some extra work (a 220v line to my garage) as well. The day before the appointment we received a confirmation call which is always appreciated. The day of the appointment we got a call from Jason saying they were on their way (another thing we asked for so we could get the dog inside) and that they were running a bit.........EARLY!!! Jason had brought Louis with him and we can't say enough how nice they both were on top of being clean and professional. I was the installation manager and low voltage administrator for a small alarm company for many years and they treated us and my mom's home every bit as respectfully as I would have treated a customer's home, which is something I don't get to say very often. Not only were they clean and professional, but they left me with more options as far as my 220v line goes so that I'm able to use it as a 110v source until I upgrade my equipment, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! I feel that we now have an electrician that we can trust with any issue and WILL NOT HESITATE to refer Jason, Louis and As You Wish Electric anytime the need arises. One last thing worthy of mention is the very positive way that Jason spoke about his employer - ALWAYS a good sign. From the customer service at the office to the finished product at my mom's - which includes the booties they wore over their shoes to the fantastic clean up job they did - they earned all five of their stars without question!! This company is wonderful! They were so responsive and professional. We needed a relatively small job done and they sent Aaron and another tech to give us a quote. Before they arrived, we received an email with Aaron's picture -- a highly professional touch! It turned out that our job was not going to be feasible, given the construction of the building, but they suggested an alternative for us that turned out to be perfect...no charge for their trip. We are remodeling our early 60s split-level house and chose As You Wish Electric to rewire most of the house and bring it up to code. We're very happy with our choice. Their electrician Joel H and his apprentice Chris have been great. They're friendly, very professional, arrive when they say they will, work hard all day and then cleanup after themselves each day before they leave (something the other trades don't necessarily do). Joel works well with others in figuring out where to run new wiring so as to not interfere with new plumbing runs, framing, etc. Joel works closely with us to decide where new switches, lighting etc should be placed; he both listens to our thoughts and provides his own professional reasoning which we really appreciate. Joel and Chris have accomplished a lot of well laid out rewiring, some in difficult locations. From our perspective, this rewiring project has been well organized and run. We recommend As You Wish Electric. more
