I began working here mid-December. At first it was not a bad job. I was paid under the table, and Aryana seemed very nice. She offered cookies, bread, tea, and all sorts of food. She was nice at first.
However, soon after beginning to work for her I noticed she was very suspicious of people. There was a tenant of hers in one of her buildings whom she would claim is trying to screw her over. She would tell me numerous stories of people who had stolen from her and apparently screwed her over. I didn't think too much about it at first, but she continued. Every day at work she would complain about current people she did not trust or people in her past. She would tell me that she intended to get her things back that were stolen from her.
I only worked for her for a short time, not even a month. One day I came in to work and she was getting very nervous and angry about a paper with pictures on it that she must have misplaced. She began accusing me of stealing it out of animosity. I decided I had to stop working, so found an excuse to leave early. She kept accusing me, and a few days later called to apologize and told me she had found the papers.
She later called me again accusing me of placing passwords on her computer that I did not set. She has continued to call and harass me about things I haven't much clue about.
This woman may have some serious issues. She seemed, at times, to be very disorganized. She is a hoarder, not only of rugs, but also of other things.
She leases the property on 5810 Monroe to business owners. Business owners interested in leasing this property BEWARE!
As a side note, while working for her I discovered a friend of mind had worked for a snow plow company which would plow her parking lots in the winter. She claimed that it was very difficult to get pay from Aryana, and that sometimes they wouldn't get paid at all.
She is very shrewd and selfish. Beware if you plan on doing any business with her.
