Arya Driving School

This place is filthy and disgusting. I was harrassed, left waiting in the cold while the instructor was shopping, the tapes in the five hour class were from 1981 and a roach was crawling on me in the office. My whole experience with this school was a complete nightmare. I now have my certificate stating that I completed my five hour class, but I learned absolutely nothing. Do not go to this driving school. Spend your money elsewhere. more

this is the WORST driving school ever!!!! i completely agree. I had 6 lessons with this women she had forgotten to come 2 times and whenever i would call her she wouldnt pick up. She would just tell me turn left or right also didnt say if i did it correctly or incorrectly. The day of my road test she brought me all the way to garden city we sat in line for a half hour and the guy said i had no road test scheduled because she had lost all my papers and had given all the wrong information.I had re-scheduled my roadtest with somebody else and she had went and CANCELLED IT! and made another one without consulting me.she had costed me $100 and now everytime i call her she doesnt pick up.NEVER EVER go with this driving school!!! worst school everr, extremely pointless to go with this school more

I completely agree with the above comment. If you want to learn how to drive, do NOT take classes with this school. In the entire lesson, all she does is tell you to turn left and right repeatedly. She does not give you ANY advice, and if anything, she actually wants her students to fail the road test. Take any other school except this one for your own benefit. Even though her prices are cheaper than others, all youre doing is giving her money for learning NOTHING. CHOOSE ANOTHER SCHOOL!!! more

Do NOT get involved with this school. I would gladly pay $10 more per lesson if I could do it again at a different place. The women is the least helpful person in the world. She doesn't tell you if you are doing things correctly or even incorrectly. I had to ask on the 5th of 10 lessons when she was going to teach me to park and u-turn because otherwise she would have probably waited till the last lesson. She will not remember anything scheduled in the car unless you see her write it down. She doesn't consult you when it comes time to take the road test, she just makes it. I had to reschedule FOUR times because she never asked me if the days are ok. Find ANY OTHER place to learn to drive. Pros: on time for lessons, cheap Cons: extremely unhelpful, forgetful in car more
