The owner actually lied to me that there was a hold on my transfer, I contacted the MSP and found I had been ""Not Disapproved"" 3 weeks earlier; and refused to call and get it cleared up.\r No apologies, no care for repeat business. \r They also collect taxes on internet transfers, MD sales taxes for out of state sales. \r Then you have to pay your $10 background check charge in cash, even if you pay with debit for your purchase. \r Very backwards and out of date policies, will blame everyone else. Prices 30-50% over internet auction and retail prices. If you enjoy paying more for less, have at it. more

You best bet is to shop somewhere else, if you need firearms you will have to go through a background check which is normal procedures, problem is if your denied and go back for your refund this pawn shop will charge you a 30% fee, they dont tell you this when filling out the paper work and have the sign stating this on a makeshift stand that is full of articles and this is at the very bottom, where it isnt noticable, and they will not tell you this either and it isnt placed on the reciept what a rip off, so if you spend $1000 they are going to keep $300 of it for doing NOTHING, shop elsewhere and sell your items elsewhere more
