Asked him to redo a window for me he had done 1 1/2 years ago. Told him and wrote down what I wanted. He said he would give me a proof and a price before he did anything. Showed up at my business and had scraped the old off before I knew he was there. Applied the wrong color and got the wording wrong. Said he would fix it, then said the color that matched the other work was discontinued. Said he would fix it for me, at my cost to redo everything else. He found the correct color, but said he cannot get it done in a week. Left me hanging...very disappointed. Left me with trying to find someone else to match work he did on other windows. He actually said it looked good that the color didn't match. This kind of service was so unexpected because I trusted his work. I can't believe he wanted me to pay for his mistake. I feel like he did not keep a record of the color he used. This job should have been so simple, I don't understand how he could have messed it up. I don't understand why he doesn't want to fix his mistake. I do not like to complain, and I gave him every chance to fix this. I write this review with a heavy heart, but I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I am so sorry it had to come to this, just wish my window didn't look terrible. I could never have it in me to treat a customer like this and I didn't think he did either, but I was terribly wrong.
