I would highly suggest that people please look at the filtered reviews on Yelp, as while Yelp did filter both one positive review with my original review, I still stand by my original review that I would avoid this studio.\r \r While Yelp did not filter a review from a Dance Instructor who works at Arts in Motion, strangely enough Yelp did filter my review (as a customer of this facility) of how I and my daughter were treated.\r \r While "Erica" (who is employed at Arts in Motion) wrote on Yelp:\r -----\r I am a dance instructor at Arts in Motion and find the Arts in Motion family (faculty, staff, students, and parents) to be warm and nurturing.\r \r Speaking from many years of experience, no studio is a perfect studio. Arts In Motion is a great place for yoga 8/29/2009

Arts In Motion is a great place for yoga. Their yoga instructior, Suzanne Willets Brooks, is especially good for students new to yoga. She's able to provide imagery which really helps to guide student into the different poses. more

Caring dance and music studio 8/12/2008

Arts in Motion began as a dance studio but now incorporates dance and music. The teachers are caring and enthusiastic and the atmosphere is fun for children. Classes are offered for children and adults in a wide variety of dance styles including Modern, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Afro-Caribbean, Waltz/Foxtrot, Latin Dance, Jitterbug/Swing as well as Pilates and Yoga. There is also a student dance company and a yearly recital. more
