art is great!!! once again, i went in there to get a ring re-sized and he did it on the spot. it took him less than 10 minutes and it came out perfect!!! other places quoted me $24-$100 to re-size my ring, plus it would take between 3-7 days before i got it back. art does it while you wait and he only charged me $15. what a bargain!!! he also cleaned & polished my daughters diamond ring for FREE!!! wow, what a nice guy. thanks again for doing such a great & honest job!!! more

If I could rate this ZERO star, I would. Unfortunately, in order to write a review, I need to put at least 1 star. But here goes... The owner was completely rude with us. Their store says 30-70% off clearance sale in the front. As we were looking around for a ring, we figured the clearance sale would be a good way to get a great price. We went inside the store and asked around for the prices of different rings. I saw one ring I liked and he gave us a price. My fiance thought the price was pre-discount, so he did a calculation and asked the owner if his calculation was correct (with the discount of 70% off). the owner then said ""what, you think i'm stupid?"" I honestly thought he was kidding, until he proceeded to rant on saying he already explained how much the gold cost per ounce, etc etc. and was already raising his voice. I had to step in and finally say ""you don't have to be rude"" when he started stammering and I walked out. I CAN""T BELIEVE THIS GUY IS IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. HE HAS NO RIGHT TO YELL AT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. Mister, if you're reading this, you will lose business with the way you treat honest customers. If we were experts in the jewelry prices, we wouldn't have asked you about it in the first place. SO YES. YOU ARE STUPID. more
