THEY GOT ME! they sent me some their samples... they looked great. I ordered their tile... it took a lot longer than I was told it would... They were so very nice to me, and treated me wonderfully until the check cleared! then I was treated like just another jerk they are forced to deal with. Then the tile came wrong, but fairly close to the color ordered. I Installed the tile and the color washed right off the surface very easily. I told them about it... and they told me at first they would come see it. They said they would help to solve the issue. it has been months and they are now saying to sue them! Because they do not want to be bothered with my problems!!! I am suing! And I am never letting up on these crooks. I wish they were regulated and licensed like contractors.. This company isnt even a member of the BBB either! STAY AWAY! more

My initial impression of Artobrick was very positive - they seemed enthusiastic, willing to match their satillo-like patio pavers to my roof tiles and very pleasant. However, while the initial samples matched beautifully and many of the tiles ordered, including 12x12, matched fairly well, the color match on the 6x12 they produced was horrible and matched neither the original sample nor the 12x12 they had already produced. On discussing this with Vod, the initially very pleasant, enthusiastic half-owner of Artobrick, became very upset advised me that ""this was the best they could do"" and reminded me that ""the bad news is there are no cancellations and no exchanges"". Apparently, that included poor workmanship on their part. I wish I had gone with Malibu Ceramic Works as our design consultant recommended. They have agreed to try to replace some of the worst matched 6x12, but we will see how that goes. I will modify my review depending on the outcome. more
