Steve (owner) treats the animals as if they were his. He knows what they like and what they don't like. I have been going there for the last 14 years with my 2 small dogs Lacey and Taffy (RIP for both now). I just made an appt for my new dog Cody and Steve will fall in love with him as much as he loved my other 2. Chris was also awsome with my dogs and he loved them as well. This place is the BEST!!!! more

Steve, (the owner) and Lisa at the Downers Grove shop are top notch groomers. I have 3 dogs and use both shops. The second shop is in Westmont at Cass and Burlington right across from the train station. The grommer there is Tracy, and they have just added a new groomer to the team, Donna. For a appointment at that shop call 630.322.8500 You can get in right away most of the time! I would never take my dogs anywhere else. more

Great Place! 10/22/2005

You make an appointment, bring your dog in the morning, and they call you in a few hours when he's all nice & clean. Steve, the owner, is really a people person. He knows what's going on around him. This place is busy. Be sure to get your appointment. more
